What to Expect
Before Your First Session
After contacting the office, you will be emailed intake forms. Complete documents before your first session. If you choose to use insurance, your insurance will be reviewed for eligibility. For self-pay clients, you will be billed after each session. A superbill can be provided for possible reimbursement. See below for rates.
Getting Started
Starting therapy can be intimidating. At your first session, you will be asked questions about your history and reasons why you have decided to seek therapy. Your therapist will work with you to help build a plan to meet your needs. Sessions last for 50 minutes. Accelerated resolution therapy can take up to 2 hours.
